Ever seen a ruined portal? This post will tell you all about them!
Ruined portals are randomly generated structures that spawn in the overworld. They are ancient, incomplete nether portals. Ruined portals are made of obsidian and crying obsidian, another obsidian variant. They also have netherrack, magma blocks, lava, stone bricks, and iron bars scattered around them. Also, there is usually a chest near the ruined portal that sometimes has:
- enchanted gold armor or tools
- Iron nuggets
- flint and steel
- a block of gold
- enchanted golden apple
- and much more
