You’ve probably seen an iron golem if you’ve been to a village. Unlike snow golems, iron golems do spawn naturally. They can be found roaming in villages or in the cages near illager outposts, where you can also sometimes find allays. If you don’t want to go out looking for an iron golem, you can make one. 
You will need 4 blocks of iron and one pumkin. Place the blocks of iron in a T shape, with 3 on top and one on the bottom. Then place the pumkin on the top center block of iron. Iron golems will attack illagers, zombies, slimes, skeletons, and spiders. When killed, iron golems will drop iron ingots and a poppy.
