Bees are neutral mobs that can fly. They live in beenests on trees. A beenest can have up to 3 bees living in it at a time. You can find beenests in the meadow, plains, sunflower plains, flower forest, forest, and birch forest biomes. If you break a beenest without a silk touch pickaxe, the bees will become hostile and follow you and give you the poison effect when they sting you. Bees will fly from flower to flower to get pollen. You can breed bees by feeding both bees any type of flower by interacting with the bees. Placing a campfire under a beehive lets you peacefully gather honey bottles or honeycomb using a glass bottle or shears. You can use honey bottles to make honey blocks, and you can use honeycomb to craft candles. If you hit a bee, it will follow you and sting you and give you the poison effect.
